The calcaneus distractor, develped in Hungary, with the corresponding heel press is suitable for comminuted fractures of the calcaneus. After the proper reposition the fracture is fixed with 4 or 6.5 mm cancellous screws through the calcaneus fracture gap ensuring healing.
